The RVD 7 – 11 kW series compressors are fixed-speed single-stage rotary vane compressors that are directly coupled to the electric motor. These units are fully autonomous and equipped with cooling, lubrication, and control systems.

The design with meticulous attention to detail, the high standard of design and assembly, the quality of the components and the high-tech machining place Mattei compressors at the top of their class. Moreover, the compact size and low noise level make it possible to use them near workstations without any negative impact on the working comfort of the people in terms of environment and noise pollution.

Cooling system with variable speed fan with whale fin biomimicking technology and integrated inverter, contributes to improve the overall energy efficiency of the machine and reduces the sound emissions. Operation with target temperature setting and control system is based on PID logic.
